Nick was the gentleman who came to my house. He called when 10 minutes away. Arrived and was not into chit chat which I like chit chat, but was professional, identified the problem quickly, fixed it quickly and not messy at all. he was respectful of house and I think did a great job Nick knew his stuff and was great. This guy needs a raise and I hope is a valued employee. Thanks, Nick

The most kind, courteous, and helpful plumber just left my home. Dylan, the plumber, was punctual with great communication. Dylan came out to fix our clogged kitchen sink and did an excellent job. He was on time, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained the issue, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. The work area was left clean and the problem was fully resolved. Highly recommend Dylan and United Plumbing if you need a reliable, skilled plumber.

The HomeServe Representatives took a picture BEFORE they did the work but they did not replant the plants in the same place as the BEFORE picture. They did fix it once I called this to their attention. They did not put as much space between the plants as needed but OVERALL, they did a great job professionally, technically, efficient, and with good communication. The picture attached is the BEFORE picture from July 2025. No changes has been made to landscape since that date. Their AFTER picture will show what I am talking about. Overall, considering the snow/ice that they worked in, they did a great job, therefore the 5 star rating.
